The CIDESCO Programme shall be based on a Part Time Training structure and we will include the following:
- Understand the fundamentals of teaching & training in the Beauty & Skincare Field.
- Prepare teaching material, plans, assessment documents and reporting tools for lessons and Assessments.
- Have the opportunity to teach both theory & practical lessons in a real life situation – followed by feedback and progress
- Create your own portfolio of information with teaching material and associated assessment, guidelines, policies etc.
- Understanding the various governing bodies, legal entities, managing student affairs etc.
- Facilitate the CIDESCO Exam process
Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year (Based on the completion of the full academic portfolio)
Some Sections are to be completed on site, while others may be completed via correspondence.
