This Comprehensive Part Time Course is inclusive of the 4 Fundamental modules seen to be the “Essential” subjects required to start off in the Beauty Industry and follow on to attain a recognised Beauty Qualification with ITEC International. Core Theory Subjects include: Business Studies, Hygiene & Sterilisation, Applied Anatomy & Physiology

The course covers both Practical & Related Theory in the all the following subjects:

Facial Therapy
Includes:  Facial Cleanse, Exfoliation, Skin analysis, Massage and Mask therapy. Tinting and a basic make up application

Includes: Professional application of make-up for day, evening, bridal, Fantasy and photographic make -up techniques.

Manicure & Pedicure
Includes: Professional manicure & pedicure work to incorporate cuticle work, nail shaping, filing, buffing, paint, nail disorders and massage techniques. Identifying any contra-indications. Advanced treatments using paraffin wax.

This course covers all waxing methods and techniques of temporary hair removal of the body:  Hot & Cold / Strip Wax applications, sugaring and other hair removal methods.

On completion of the Skincare Therapy Course the Student has the option to enter into the ITEC International Beauty Specialist Diploma } This course recognised by the Steiner / On-Board-Spa for those wanting to apply for Cruise Ship Work.
